Platter Sauce for Steak

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dry
mustard
1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon salt or
Vege-Sal
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound steak
Method:
1. After pan-broiling
a steak, pour off most of the grease. Melt the
butter in the pan, then stir in the mustard,
Worcestershire, salt, and pepper, stirring it around
so you scrape up the nice brown bits from the pan.
Let it bubble a minute, pour it over the hot steak,
and serve.
