cup vinaigrette dressing for each pound of
steak

Method:
Put
your steak in a 1-quart zipper-lock bag, and pour the
vinaigrette dressing over it. Let the steak marinate for
at least 15 minutes, or leave it all day, if you have
the time.
When you're ready to cook your steak, remove
it from the bag, discard the marinade, and broil or
grill it, as you prefer.
