Healthy Chicken and Turkey Recipes - Satay without a Stick Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • Not-Very-Authentic Peanut Sauce

Serves 1


Method:

  1. Put a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the oil, garlic, and curry powder, and stir for a few seconds to flavor the oil.

  2. Add the chicken breasts, and sauté for about 7 minutes on each side, or until done           through. Serve with the peanut sauce, warming it first, if desired.

Note: a recipe for boneless, skinless chicken breasts that reminds me of satay, the popular Asian kebabs.
