Satay without a Stick

Method:

Put a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the oil,
garlic, and curry powder, and stir for a few seconds
to flavor the oil.

Add the chicken breasts, and
sauté for about 7 minutes on each side, or until
done through.
Serve with the peanut sauce, warming it first, if
desired.
Note:
a recipe for boneless, skinless chicken breasts that
reminds me of satay, the popular Asian kebabs.
