Ingredients

5 eggs
-
1/4 cup soy powder or
unflavored protein powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon baking
powder

1 cup cottage cheese
-
1/2 pound Swiss
cheese, cubed

1/4 cup melted butter
-
3/4 cup cubed turkey
-
6 slices bacon,
cooked until crisp
Serves 5
Method:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 6-cup casserole with
nonstick cooking spray, or butter generously.

Break the
eggs into a bowl, and beat them with a whisk. Whisk in
the soy powder, salt, and baking powder, mixing very
well.

Beat in the cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, melted
butter, cubed turkey and crumbled bacon. Pour the whole
thing into the greased casserole. Bake for 35 to 40
minutes,
or until set.
