Healthy Fish Recipes - Mustard-Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (5 ounces)

  • 1 tablespoon Mellow "Honey" Mustard Dressing

  • 1 scallion, finely minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Serves 1


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. If there's skin on your salmon, remove it. Place the fillet on a baking tray.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing, scallion, and thyme; spread it evenly over the fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
