Ingredients

1 salmon fillet (5 ounces)

1 tablespoon Mellow "Honey" Mustard Dressing

1 scallion, finely minced

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Serves 1
Method:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

If there's skin on your
salmon, remove it. Place the fillet on a baking
tray.
-
In a small bowl, mix together the dressing,
scallion, and thyme; spread it evenly over the fish.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes
easily.
