Ingredients
1 fillet (about 6 ounces) firm-fleshed white fish, such as cod or sole
2 tablespoons salsa
Serves 1
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the fish in a shallow baking pan, cover with the salsa, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
