Ingredients
For spice mixture:

1 tablespoon cumin
seeds
-
1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon-dried basil
-
1/2 tablespoon sea salt

1/2 tablespoon garlic
salt

1 tablespoon
ground white pepper

1 tablespoon ground black pepper
-
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Serves 4
Method:

Make the spice mixture using a pestle and mortar.
Grind the cumin seeds to a powder with the oregano
and basil. Mix with all the salt and pepper.

Coat
the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and set
aside for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
-
Heat the oil
in a non-stick frying pan and pan-fry the chicken
breasts for about 5 minutes on each side or until
cooked through. Serve hot.
