Ingredients

450g/1lb tuna
steaks (cut into small cubes)

1 large onion
(finely chopped)

6 spring onions
(sliced)

2 small red
chilies (cut into fine strips)

75ml/3fl oz soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon
sesame oil
-
Lettuce leaves for
serving
Serves 4-6
Method:
-
Put the fish, onion, spring onion,
chilies, soy
sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
-
Line a serving platter with lettuce leaves. Top
with the marinated fish.
