Ingredients
2 to 3 tablespoons
butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound Polska Kielbasa or similar low-carb sausage,
sliced
1 head cabbage, chopped
Serves 3
Method:
Divide the butter
between
two skillets.
Sauté the onion and sausage in one and
sauté the cabbage
in the other. The cabbage will overwhelm your frying
pan at first, but it will reduce in volume as it
fries.
When cooked to the texture you like (I like
mine tender-crisp), combine the contents of both
skillets, and toss.
