Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 pound lean lamb, cut in 1/2-inch cubes.

  • Salt and pepper

Serves 3


Method:

  1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the curry powder, and stir for a minute or so.

  2. Add the garlic, onion, and lamb. Sauté, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or so, or until the lamb is done through. Salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
