Quick Curried Lamb

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon
curry powder
1 clove garlic
1 large onion
1 pound lean
lamb, cut in 1/2-inch cubes.
Salt and pepper
Serves 3
Method:
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over
medium heat.
Add the
curry powder, and stir for a minute or so.
Add the
garlic, onion, and lamb.
Sauté, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or so, or until
the lamb is done through. Salt
and pepper to taste, and serve.
