Ingredients
Serves 3
Method:

Melt the butter
in a heavy skillet over
medium
heat.
Add the
curry powder, and stir for a minute or so.

Add the
garlic, onion, and lamb.
Sauté,
stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or so, or until
the lamb
is done through. Salt
and pepper to
taste, and serve.
