Ingredients

4 cups finely shredded napa cabbage

1/4 cup shredded carrot

2 scallions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup pale, inner celery stalk, thinly sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon soy sauce
-
1 teaspoon Splenda
Serves 8
Method:

Combine the cabbage, carrot, scallions, and celery
in a salad bowl.
-
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ginger,
vinegar, soy sauce, and Splenda. Beat together until
smooth, pour over the vegetables, toss, and serve.
