Ingredients

3 medium cucumbers,
thinly sliced

3 teaspoons salt
-
1/4 cup Splenda
-
1/4 cup vinegar
-
1 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup finely
chopped onion
-
1 teaspoon chopped
fresh dill weed

Salt and pepper
Serves 8
Method:
-
Put the cukes in a large bowl, and sprinkle with the
salt. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Drain off any
water that has collected at the bottom of the bowl,
rinse, and drain again.
-
Dissolve the Splenda in
the vinegar, whisk in the sour cream, onion, and
dill, and fold the mixture into the cukes. Salt and
pepper to taste, and serve.
