Healthy Salad Recipes - Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large ribs celery, or 3 small ones

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1/4 medium, sweet red onion

  • 1 can chunk light tuna

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Serves 2


Method:

  1. Dice up the vegetables. I like them fairly chunky, so I get lots of crunchy texture. This should come to 1 1/2 to 2 cups of veggies.

  2. Add the tuna and mayo, and mix it up. Sometimes I eat this with fiber crackers, or stuff it into a tomato, but it's awfully good just eaten with a fork, right out of the mixing bowl.
