Ingredients
Salad:

medium green peppers, cut in smallish strips

bunch parsley, chopped

cup torn radicchio

cup chopped curly endive

cup chopped frizee

tomatoes, each cut in 8 lengthwise wedges

1/8 of a
large, sweet red onion, thinly sliced

tablespoons chopped black olives
Dressing:

cup water
-
1/2
cup tarragon vinegar

teaspoon salt or Vege-Sal
-
1
1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

tablespoon Splenda
-
1/8
teaspoon blackstrap molasses
Topping:
Serves 6
Method:
-
Put the peppers, parsley, radicchio, endive, frizee,
tomatoes, onion, and olives in a big bowl, and set
aside.
-
In a separate bowl, combine the water,
vinegar, salt, lemon juice, Splenda, and molasses.
Pour it all over the salad, and toss.
-
Stick the
whole thing in the refrigerator, and let it sit
there for a few hours, stirring it now and then if
you think of it.
-
To serve, put a 1 tablespoon dollop
of sour cream on each serving.
