Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red or white

  • wine vinegar

  • 125ml/4fl oz light olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Makes 150ml


Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid and shake vigorously. Leave to infuse for 2 hours.

  2. Remove the garlic clove, then leave overnight before using.
