Cooking Recipes - French Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons red or white
wine vinegar
125ml/4fl oz light olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Makes 150ml
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid and shake vigorously. Leave to infuse for 2 hours.
Remove the garlic clove, then leave overnight before using.
