Healthy Snacks Recipes - Roasted Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shelled nuts of your choice (almonds, pecans, walnuts, or a combination)

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Salt

Serves 8


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.

  2. Spread the nuts in a shallow roasting pan. Stir in the butter, coating all the nuts.

  3. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and salt to taste.
