Healthy Snacks Recipes - Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13 1/2 ounces) artichoke hearts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1 teaspoon of jarred, chopped garlic

  • Paprika

Serves 4


Method:

  1. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

  2. Combine the spinach, mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic in a large casserole (a 6-cup dish is about right). Sprinkle with paprika.

  3. Bake at 325°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
