Cooking Recipes - Breaded Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
225g/8oz mushrooms
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons white breadcrumbs
Serves 4
Method:
Preheat the oven to 240°C/475°F/Gas mark 9.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and reserve. Then wipe with damp kitchen paper to clean.
Combine the cheese with the breadcrumbs. Add the garlic salt and black pepper.
Roll the mushrooms in the cheese mixture. Place on a greased non-stick baking tray. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
