Ingredients
450g/11b
chicken livers 50g/20z butter
2 eggs (hard-boiled)
1 medium onion
Serves 4
Method:
-
Clean the livers thoroughly. Fry in large
frying
pan, over a medium-high heat, with the butter.

In a blender or food processor, blend the
livers, eggs, onion and any leftover butter from
the frying.
-
Place the mixture in a serving dish
covered with aluminum foil with a weight on
top. Chill overnight.
