Method:

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut in half
lengthways.

Remove the yolks and chop them finely.
Place in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, salt and
pepper and dill. Blend until smooth.

Fill each
half-egg with the yolk mixture and serve garnished
with grains of caviar.
