Starters Recipes - Devilled Eggs with Cavier Recipe

Ingredients

• 20 eggs (hard-boiled)

• 6 tablespoons mayonnaise

• Salt and pepper

• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill

• 100g/4oz caviar

Serves 4

Method:

1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthways.

2. Remove the yolks and chop them finely. Place in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper and dill. Blend until smooth.

3. Fill each half-egg with the yolk mixture and serve garnished with grains of caviar.
