Ingredients
Serves 4-8
Method:

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5.

Allow the pie crusts to stand at room
temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Grease 24
miniature muffin cups with butter.

Unfold the
pie crust and, using a 6cm/2 1/2in cookie cutter,
cut 12 circles. Repeat with the remaining pie
crust. Press 1 circle of dough into each sprayed
muffin cup.

Divide the cheese evenly between
the cups. Add 2 teaspoons of seafood spread to
each. Top with some diced onion.

Mix together
the eggs, cream, salt and wine in a small bowl.
Beat well and pour the mixture into the crusts.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden
brown. Serve warm.
