Ingredients

50g/2oz
fine fresh breadcrumbs

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper
-
350g/12oz turkey
fillets (cut into strips)

1 egg (lightly beaten)
-
3 tablespoons sour
cream
-
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
-
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Serves 4
Method:

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5.

Mix the breadcrumbs and paprika in a mixing bowl
and season with salt and pepper. Dip the turkey
strips into the beaten egg, then into the
breadcrumbs, until thoroughly and evenly coated.
Place on a baking sheet.

Cook the turkey at
the top of the oven for 20 minutes, until crisp
and golden. Turn once during cooking.

To
make the dip, mix the sour cream, tomato sauce
and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
