Ingredients
Serves 4
Method:

Steam
or microwave the broccoli until just tender-crisp.
-
While
the broccoli is cooking, fry the bacon until crisp,
remove from the pan, and drain. Pour off all but a
couple of tablespoons of the fat.

When the broccoli is
cooked, drain and add it to the bacon fat in the
skillet. Add the garlic and vinegar, and stir over
medium heat for a minute or two.

Crumble the bacon over
the broccoli, stir for another minute or so, and serve.
