Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients

1 pound fresh
asparagus
-
1/4 cup olive oil
-
2 cloves garlic,
crushed
Serves 4
Method:

Break the ends off the asparagus where they snap
naturally. Cut asparagus on the diagonal into 1-inch
lengths.
-
Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet over
medium-high heat. Add the asparagus, and sauté, stirring
occasionally, until it is tender-crisp (6 to 8 minutes).

Stir in the garlic,
sauté 1 minute more, and serve.
