Herbed Green Beans

Ingredients

tablespoons butter

bag (1 pound) frozen, crosscut green beans, thawed

1/4 cup finely diced celery

1/4
cup finely diced onion

clove garlic, crushed

1/2
teaspoon dried rosemary, slightly crushed

1/2
teaspoon dried basil, slightly crushed

Salt
Serves 4
Method:

Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add the beans, celery, onion, and garlic to the
skillet, and sauté until the beans are tender-crisp.

Stir in the rosemary and basil, and
sauté another
minute or so. Salt to taste, and serve.
