crosscut, thawed

cup olive oil

clove garlic, crushed

tablespoon lemon juice

Method:
Over
high heat, stir-fry the beans in the olive oil until
they're tender-crisp. Stir in the garlic, lemon
juice, and pepper. Cook just another minute, and
serve.
