Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, thickly sliced

  • Salt and pepper

Serves 3


Method:

  1. Melt the butter and heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a heavy skillet.

  2. Add the mushrooms and sauté, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the mushrooms are limp and brown. Salt and pepper lightly, and serve.
