Serves 3
Method:

Heat
the oil in a wok or heavy skillet over high heat. Add
the snow peas and mushrooms, and stir-fry until the snow
peas are almost tender-crisp (3 to 4 minutes).

Add the
bean sprouts,
and
stir-fry for just another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir
in the soy sauce, and serve.
