Serves 4
Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4.

Cut the pumpkin into wedges and remove the peel,
seeds and fibers. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut
them into similar-sized pieces.

Put the pumpkin and
sweet potatoes in a large non-stick roasting tin and
drizzle the oil and honey over them. Sprinkle with
the spice and season generously with salt and
pepper.

Roast in the oven for 1 hour or until
golden and tender, turning and basting occasionally.
Serve hot.
