Chocolate Coconut Crunchies
Ingredients

100 g/4 oz/1
cup plain (semi-sweet)
chocolate, broken into pieces
-
30 ml/2 tbsp milk
-
30 ml/2 tbsp golden (light corn) syrup
-
100 g/4 oz/4
cups puffed rice breakfast cereal
-
50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup desiccated (shredded) coconut
-
Paper cake cases (cupcake papers)
Method:
-
Melt the chocolate,
milk and syrup in a saucepan.
-
Remove from the heat
and stir in the rice cereal and coconut.
-
Put
a spoonfuls into the cake cases and leave to set and
serve.
