Ingredients

50 g/2
oz/1/4 cup butter
-
30 ml/2 tbsp
golden (light corn) syrup
-
50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup
drinking (sweetened) chocolate
powder
-
90 g/3 1/2 oz/scant 2 cups puffed rice breakfast
cereal
Method:
-
Melt the butter and syrup in a saucepan. Remove from
the heat.
-
Stir in the chocolate powder and cereal.
Spoon into paper cake cases and chill until set.
