Bucatini with Italian Melted Cheese
Ingredients

350 g/12 oz bucatini
-
60 ml/6 tbsp olive oil
-
1 onian, finely chopped
-
2 garlic cloves,
chopped
-
75 g/3 oz Mozzarella
cheese, cubed
-
50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
Method:
-
Cook the pasta
according to the packet directions. Drain and return
to the pan.

Meanwhile. heat the oil and fry (sauté)
the onion and garlic gently for 5 minutes until very
soft and lightly golden.
-
Add to the bucatini with
the cheeses and toss well until the Mozzarella
begins to melt.
-
Season with salt and pepper and
serve straight
away.
