Spaghettini Crisps
Ingredients
Method:

Cook
the pasta
according to the packet directions, drain
thoroughly and cut into short lengths.

Heat the oil
to 180°C/350°F and deep-fry the spaghettini a batch
at a time until crisp and golden (do not cook too
much at one go).

Sprinkle each batch with the
cayenne mixed with salt, and then with some Parmesan
cheese. Pile into a bowl and serve with drinks.
