Rice
Ingredients
-
430g/15 1/2 oz/1 large
can creamed rice pudding
-
30 ml/2 tbsp grated
plain (semisweet) chocolate

2 bananas, halved,
then halved again lengthways
-
25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp
butter
-
30 ml/2 tbsp rum
-
30 ml/2 tbsp dark
brown sugar
Method:

Put the rice in a saucepan with the chocolate. Heat through gently until
the rice is marbled with melted chocolate. Don't
over-stir.

Meanwhile fry (sauté) the bananas in the
butter for 2 minutes until just softening.

Push to
one side and stir in the rum and sugar.
Heat through until the sugar melts.

Spoon the rice
into serving bowls, add 2 pieces of banana to each
and spoon the sauce over. Serve straight away.
