Ingredients

230 g/1 large
can creamed rice, chilled
-
2.5 ml/1/2
tsp ground cinnamon
-
30 ml/2 tbsp sultanas (golden raisins)
-
50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup halva,
crushed
-
150 ml/2/3 cup Greek-style plain yoghurt
-
20 ml/4 tsp clear honey
Method:
-
Mix the rice with the cinnamon, sultanas and halva.
-
Spoon into serving
dishes, top with the yoghurt and a little swirl of
honey. Serve straight away.
