Dessert Recipes - Paphos Pleasure

Ingredients

  • 230 g/1 large can creamed rice, chilled

  • 2.5 ml/1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp sultanas (golden raisins)

  • 50 g/2 oz/1/2 cup halva, crushed

  • 150 ml/2/3 cup Greek-style plain yoghurt

  • 20 ml/4 tsp clear honey


Method:

  1. Mix the rice with the cinnamon, sultanas and halva.

  2. Spoon into serving dishes, top with the yoghurt and a little swirl of honey. Serve straight away.
