Recipes - Raspberry and Maple Syrup Surprise
Ingredients

175 g/6 oz/1/2
cup maple syrup

50 g/2 oz pecan nuts, chopped

350 g/12
oz/3 cups raspberries
-
430 g/1 large can creamed rice
pudding
Method:
-
Put 30 ml/2 tbsp of the syrup in a bowl Divide the remainder
between 6 sundae glasses.

Sprinkle on the pecan
nuts. Add 275 g/2 1/2 cups of the raspberries
to the bowl and crush with the syrup.

Fold in the
rice pudding and divide between the sundae glasses.
-
Decorate with the remaining raspberries and chill
until ready to serve.
