Ingredients

415 g/1 large
can strawberry pie filling
-
430 g/1 large can creamed rice
pudding
-
100
g/4 oz/1 small can cream
-
A few angelica leaves
-
A few glace
(candied) cherries
Method:
-
Spoon half the pie
filling into 4 sundae glasses. Top with half the
rice.

Repeat the layers. Drain off the whey from the
can of cream, stir well, then pipe or swirl on top.
-
Decorate with angelica leaves and halved cherries.
Chill until ready to serve.
