Crab Creation
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz green tagliatelle (verdi)
-
225 g/8 oz crab sticks, diced
-
425 g/15 oz/1 large can
crab bisque
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
-
30 ml/2 tbsp single
(light) cream
-
30 ml/2 tbsp chopped parsley Lemon juice
-
Lemon twists
Method:

Cook the pasta according to the packet directions.
Drain and return to the pan.

In a separate pan, put
the crab sticks, soup, a little salt and pepper, the
cream and parsley and heat through gently, stirring.
-
Spike with lemon juice to taste. Add to the cooked
pasta and toss gently. Pile on to serving plates and
serve hot, garnished with a lemon twist on each
plate.
