Linguini with Crab Butter
Ingredients

350 g/12 oz linguini
-
225 g/8 oz/2
cups crabmeat
-
175 g/6
oz/3/4
cup unsalted (sweet) butter
-
30 ml/2 tbsp lemon
juice
-
30 ml/2 tbsp snipped
chives
-
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
-
Chopped flat leaf
parsley
-
Lemon twists
Method:
-
Cook
the linguini according to the packet
directions. Drain and return to the saucepan.

Meanwhile, puree the remaining ingredients except
the parsley and lemon twists in a blender or food
processor.

Add to the hot pasta and toss over a
gentle heat until well mixed.
-
Pile on to serving
plates and garnish with the parsley and lemon
twists.
