Quick Curried Prawn and Pasta Supper
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz/2 cups
pasta shapes
-
298 g/10 1/2 oz/1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
-
15 ml/1 tbsp curry
paste
-
225 g/8 oz/2 cups
peeled prawns (shrimp)

15 ml/1 tbsp chopped
coriander (cilantro) or parsley
-
50 g/2 oz/1 cup breadcrumbs

15 g/1/2 oz/1 tbsp butter,
melted
Method:

Cook the pasta according to the packet directions.
Drain. Mix with the remaining ingredients except the
breadcrumbs and butter.

Heat gently, stirring until
piping hot and well mixed. Turn into a flameproof
dish.

Mix the crumbs with the butter and sprinkle
over. Place under a hot grill (broiler) until crisp
and golden. Serve straight away.
