Quick Herby Tuna Pasta
Ingredients

225 g/8
oz/2 cups rigatoni
-
185 g/6 1/2 oz/1 small
can tuna in oil
-
30 ml/2 tbsp olive oil
-
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon
juice
-
15 ml/1 tbsp chopped
parsley
-
15 ml/1 tbsp chopped
marjoram
-
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
-
Grated Parmesan cheese
Method:
-
Cook
the rigatoni according to the packet
directions. Drain and return to the saucepan.
-
Add
the contents of can of tuna (do not drain first).
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, a little salt
and lots of pepper.
-
Toss over a gentle heat until
well combined and hot through. Serve straight away
with the Parmesan.
