Fish and Seafood Recipes - Tuna and Sweet Corn Family Favorite

Ingredients                                    

• 1 quantity Basic Macaroni Cheese  

• 185 g/6 1/2 oz/1 small can tuna, drained

• 200 g/7 oz/1 small can sweet corn (corn), drained

• 15 ml/1 tbsp chopped parsley

• Salt and freshly ground black pepper

• Garlic croutons

Method:

1. Make up the Basic Macaroni Cheese. Add the remaining ingredients except the croutons and heat through, stirring until piping hot.

2. Spoon on to serving plates and garnish with the croutons before serving.
