Tuscan Tuna with Beans
Ingredients

250 m/8 fl
oz/1 cup olive oil
-
100 ml/6 1/2
tbsp lemon juice
-
2 garlic cloves, crushed
-
2 x 425 g/2 x 15
oz/2 large cans cannellini beans,
drained
-
30 ml/2 tbsp chopped
parsley
-
185 g/6 1/2 oz/1 small
can tuna, drained
-
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
-
225 g/8 oz/2 cups
short-cut macaroni

A few black
olives Snipped chives
Method:

Mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic, beans and parsley together in a
saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
until hot through.

Gently fold in the tuna and a
little salt and pepper and heat through, taking care
to keep the tuna in chunks.

Meanwhile, cook the
macaroni according to the packet directions, drain.
-
Add to the sauce, toss gently and serve garnished
with the black olives and chives.
