Ingredients

225 g/8 oz/2 cups rotelli
-
425 g/15 oz/1 large can
minced steak with onions
-
5 ml/1 tsp dried mixed
herbs
-
50 g/2 oz Cheddar
cheese, grated

3 tomatoes, sliced
Method:

Cook
the pasta according to the packet
directions, drain.
-
Return to the saucepan and stir
in the can of mince and the herbs. Heat through,
stirring until piping hot.
-
Turn into a flameproof
dish. Top with the cheese and place the tomato
slices round the edge.
-
Place under a hot grill
(broiler) for about 4 minutes until golden and
bubbling.
