Creamy Macaroni with Mushrooms
Ingredients

g/8 oz/1 cup elbow macaroni

350 g/12 oz/6 cups button mushrooms, sliced
-
45 ml/3 tbsp lemon
juice

30 ml/2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 garlic clove,
crushed
-
150 ml/2/3 cup
thick plain yoghurt
-
150 ml/2/3 cup
mayonnaise
-
15 ml/1 tbsp chopped chervil
-
A few fennel seeds
Method:

Cook
the pasta according to the packet
directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain
again.

Place in a bowl with the mushrooms. Whisk
together the remaining ingredients except the fennel
seeds and add to the salad.

Toss well, sprinkle with
fennel seeds and chill for at least 1 hour to allow
the flavor to develop.
