Prawn Cocktail Pasta
Ingredients

225 g/8 oz/2 cups
short-cut macaroni
-
150 ml/2/3 cup mayonnaise
-
15 ml/1 tbsp tomato ketchup (catsup)
-
15 ml/1 tbsp single
(light) cream
-
10 ml/2 tsp horseradish cream
-
A dash of
Worcestershire sauce
-
6 stuffed olives, chopped
-
1 hard-boiled
(hard-cooked) egg, chopped
-
1 green (bell) pepper,
chopped
-
175 g/6 oz/1 1/2 cups
peeled prawns (shrimp)
-
Shredded lettuce
-
Paprika
-
Lemon wedges
Method:
-
Cook
the pasta
according to the packet directions. Drain,
rinse with cold water and drain again.
-
Mix the
mayonnaise with the tomato ketchup, cream and
horseradish in a large bowl.
-
Add all the remaining
ingredients except the lettuce, paprika and lemon
wedges and toss well but lightly. Chill until ready
to serve.

Pile on to a bed of lettuce and garnish
with a little paprika and lemon wedges.
