Quick Tomato and Lentil Soup with Spaghetti
Ingredients

50g/1 cup cooked
chopped spaghetti
-
425g/15 oz/1
large can lentil soup
-
300ml/1 1/4 cups
passata (sieved tomatoes)
-
30ml/2 tbsp
medium dry sherry
-
120ml/1/2 cup
single (light) cream
-
Snipped chives
Method:

Mix all the ingredients except
the cream and chives in a saucepan.
-
Heat through, stirring. Ladle
into warm soup bowls and garnish each with a large
swirl of cream and some snipped chives.
