Cook
the pasta
according to the packet directions. Drain,
rinse with cold water and drain again.
Halve the
avocados and scoop out the flesh, discarding the
stones (pits). Place in a blender or food processor
and blend until smooth. Blend in the stock.
Fold in
the cream and spike with the lemon juice and
Tabasco. Fold in the prawns. Place the lettuce in
individual bowls or plates.
Top with the pasta, then
spoon over the sauce. Garnish with cayenne.
