Recipes - Cheese and Tomato Cannelloni
Ingredients

x 400 g/2 x
14 oz/2 large cans chopped tomatoes

g/3 oz/1 1/2 cups fresh
breadcrumbs

g/4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated

15 ml/1 tbsp chopped basil
-
Salt
and freshly ground black pepper

tubes no-need-to-precook cannelloni
-
2.5
ml/1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
Method:

Drain one of the cans
of tomatoes and mix with the breadcrumbs, half the
cheese, the basil and a little salt and pepper.

Spoon into the cannelloni tubes. Lay in a lightly
greased ovenproof dish.

Spoon the other can of
tomatoes over, sprinkle with the mixed herbs, then
the remaining grated cheese.

Bake in the oven at
190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for 35 minutes until the
cannelloni is cooked through and the top is golden.
