Cook the pasta according to the packet directions. Drain and return to
the pan.
Meanwhile, gently stew the peas in the
olive oil in a covered saucepan for 4 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Don't have the heat too high
or you will fry (sauté) rather than stew them.
Add
the remaining ingredients with seasoning to taste,
stir well and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes.
